Hello, pleased to meet everyone! On the right above is my beautiful daughter, a lovely young lady, and whom I am so very proud of for many
reasons. Yes, I'm proud because she is my daughter, but I'm proud of the person she has become. Of all I've done in my life and with my
life, being her mother has been the most rewarding and I wouldn't trade her or being her mom for anything in this world. I have tried to teach

If there is anyone that needs to do some serious explaining, it is the owner of Elftown.com particularly his involvement with the sub-
ject matter on www.elftown.org for starters, for which he is denying knowing 'anything' about, in spite of the fact the data presented
points directly at him. I have been treated like crap by both him and several others on Elftown.com, and I think it is a fair and just,
reasonable expectation and fully within MY rights to deny others, regardless of whom
they are, the use of MY work, because first, it
IS mine and I have the FULL say about MY WORK, and second, it is not right to treat someone as I've been treated and then still ex-
pect to have the privilege to use my work in ANY way, shape, or form, when meanwhile the creator of said work has been treated like
garbage and then kicked to the curb and all because the creator began to ask questions.
But yet I've been told on the site that I should not be or see things this way. Basically, in a nutshell I was told I should just leave,
but leave my work for others to be able to make use of and enjoy. But.. I'm not supposed to feel slighted or offended and the fact
that I object to such treatment, I'm accused then of being overly dramatic and harbouring a "tortured soul"! In fact two terms that
were used to describe me were: "psychobitch 3 and drama queen" and there's a whole lot more that has been directed at me,
which I can also present to the world, if it comes to this point, from several members' diaries, guestbooks, and forum postings. If
my hand is forced to do this, I will do exactly this. Then those whom have looked down their noses at me, jeered and ridiculed me,
took pleasure in victimising me even more, can feel just a little of what they have put me through.
I'm expected to take whatever is flung at me on the chin, but say nothing. Then to be threatened by the owner that my name would be
permanently defiled across the Internet should I tell my side of things, tells me the truth must bear with it something that could result in
some unpleasant repercussions for the one threatening should it surface. If there is nothing hidden or to hide, what IS the problem? It
is a well known fact, those with information to divulge that could expose "secret activity" of another or others, are very often intimidated
by threats and acts of malice made against them, all to keep the whistleblower from spilling the beans. In lieu of being presented with
some pertinent information recently, displaying a person on the site has had it on their agenda to get rid of my presence on the site
since 2007, this explains a whole lot. But yet, this person has been thrown in my face over and over and over again, that "I" am the one

I am a digital or graphic artist. I do freelance art by request, but I still dabble in traditional mediums as
well, the mediums I have worked in
for years before going digital. I design greeting cards, business cards, graphics and environments (backgrounds) for web pages, and I do
illustrating, as well as photo editing.and
enhancing to name a few. Services for these mentioned will be defined

Therefore, you will find here among the pages, examples of art in a variety of mediums, some writing both.prose and poetry, but more of the latter likely, lots of computer graphics and links to where you can see more. I am also planning on putting up some tutorials, PSP picture tubes and frames, and many other hopefully useful tips and information. Don't be too surprised to see something based around animals and
pets, for I am an animal lover and I have been actively involved with pet rescue for many years.

I am not new to the online
world, but I am new at creating my own
site. I kindly ask for a bit of understanding if I don't get
things just right. I am sure things will even be a bit messy from time
to time during my learning process. But I invite each and every one to
follow along through my new adventure. I work with a 17" monitor
screen, 1024x768 resolution, so I have no idea how my sites look with
either of these
in a
different size or setting. My sites hopefully won't be looking like any
other site on the Internet for my intention is to make them unique
and different, to have an Artsie_ladie touch that cannot be found elsewhere.

mine you
may be interested in using, I'm usually pretty easy to negotiate with,
so there is no excusable reason for anyone to steal them
and claim them as their own. Simply stealing my work, however, makes me very angry and then unlikely to negotiate period.

artist: art, writing, and music, I know how hard it is to gain the
recognition in the right places to earn a living through one's craft of
creativity. Therefore, I like to help fellow artists of various genres
attain recognition that may help them to find the proverbial door
almost
every artist seeks. This is the reason why I'm embarking on the "Special Features" addition on my site.

will strive on my sites to keep the content to be acceptable viewing
for all ages. I try to respect everyone's cultures, customs, and
beliefs as I would want my own to be. I do not believe that young
children need to be or should be exposed to everything. Content or
material that is unsuitable for young children, doesn't necessarily
have to be bad, per se, but simply not suitable for them at a young
age. As one example, artistic nudity is just as beautiful a form of art as another, but a youngster needs not to 'have' to see it.

However,
even though my aim is to keep my sites with this in mind, parents and
guardians must always remember that links lead to more links, and so,
links that are harmless can and often do lead to links that contain
material that is questionable. Therefore, I always highly recommend
that children are on the Internet always with a responsible adult's
supervision not only to guide children, but to be there to explain and
give 'honest and complete' answers to their questions should they
stumble upon content that perhaps they aren't mature enough to have
seen. I say honest and complete, because sugar coating what they may
see or even vague, evasive explanations will not satisfy the 'natural
curiosity' of a child. If a child doesn't receive complete and honest
answers from people they look up to to provide them, they will seek
them from others and the 'others' they will ultimately turn to, may not
or likely will not have the 'best' interests of the child in mind.

Please
also bear in mind, the Internet is a wonderful world for children to
explore and benefit from, as well as adults, but as with most
everything, there are good, bad, and in between places and content.
Teach your children to be safe online and to take precautions, and
combine this with responsible, adult supervision, and they will be able
to benefit from it immensely and have fun doing so. I plan to add some
useful and helpful information along these lines in the future.

Gosh! So many things to learn how to do! It's slow going, but I guess Rome wasn't built in a single day either. ;)
The "Share Button" from AddThis won't work, because Google removes the javascript that makes it work. It doesn't matter if I try to place it on the page or in the column. It's such a wonderful little tool/button and yet, I can't use it. *is unhappy*
Editing the Google site pages is very frustrating if you are a dial-up user. It takes forever to make even the most minor edits. As far as the browser usage, I've tried with Firefox and with Opera for using the Page Editor. It's a pain to edit with either one, but I seem to have more issues using Firefox than I do with Opera, even though the notice at the top of the page says that Opera does not support the Page Editor. Just my experience and observation, tis all.
I wish there was some way to hide the list of attachments. It adds considerable and unnecessary length to the page. *frowns*
Ok, this is a bit puzzling. When I first put up the kiss image, which is animated, it works. Then afterward it doesn't. Hmm... :(
Well, here I am on Firefox TRYING to edit the page! ...And guess what? It sucks! I usually work on Opera with Google sites because Opera WORKS FAR BETTER than Firefox, even though Google says when I work with Opera: "This browser in NOT supported for Google sites' editing." If Firefox IS supported, then why on earth isn't it ACTUALLY working better? On Opera you can copy an image and place it where you want to. Can't do this with FF. With Opera the right click copy, right click paste works with no problem. Here you have to go to the browser each and every time and use the "edit" drop down box and make the selection you want. ...And the bloody "undo" in the page editor DOES NOT work at all! Editing with FF sucks!!!
