This section/category of my poetry centers around "Love" and "Romance". Where there's Love, there doesn't have to be Romance,
but where there is Romance, there must be Love. For this reason there will be showcased my poems about Love, but may or may
not involve "Romantic Love".

- When we offer kind words, lend a hand,
When we give forgiveness without reprimand,
When we open our hearts to genuine caring,
When we are with our blessings, freely sharing,
When we listen more closely with more than our ears,
When we see what's true beyond our fears,
When we truly accept differences among all others,
When we realise within, we're all sisters and brothers,
When we rid ourselves of hate and resentment,
We then KNOW Love and true contentment.

I believe in God, my religion is Love. To me God IS Love and Love IS God. I think that no matter what our faith may be or even
not, we can all believe in Love. Love is within us all, we are created
of Love, the Oneness which unites us all in a beautiful com-
mon bond, but it's up to each of us what we do with the Love. If we nurture Love, allowing Love to bloom and shine, we then
radiate and attract more Love. If we starve Love, thus allowing the darkness of bitterness and resentment, the components of
hatred in our heart, then we live in defiance of that which we are made
of. Have a blessed day. God bless all with Love, joy, and
peace.
In regards to "romantic Love"...
We tend to imagine, picture, assume, etc. in our minds who we will fall
in Love with and so because someone doesn't meet
these preconceived
ideals, preset standards, we aren't open to the possibility that the one
we are overlooking could in fact be
the one our heart is looking for.
Meanwhile we keep looking for our "ideal Love" when Love could be
staring us right in the face;
when Love could have already found us.
Love isn't as "we make it or decide it to be". Love is Love as it is. We
just have to open
our hearts to be able to recognise it, as it IS,
instead of how we think it 'should be'.
