I am reminded with each and every tear,
That in Life there is no guarantee
Tomorrow will come for you or for me,
And so we must appreciate now and today
Be kind, make a point to take the time to say,
What is in our hearts, the Love we do feel,
Should time another chance take from us, steal.
Regret is a burden of ourselves we can spare,
If we'd take a little time to show how much we care.
So remember to, before the setting sun,
Mend all your fences, Love, make the task done,
So if and when tomorrow should or not arrive,

Choose to say just what you feel
For a chance again tomorrow may steal
And only regrets would then remain,
Unrequited with denial to gain
A chance once more to wipe away
The painful regret from failing to say
What's on your mind, what's in your heart,
What resides in your truest part.
Anger discolours, fear distorts,
Assumptions left open leave all sorts
Of warped perceptions to linger, to stay,
While the truth would have cast away
All doubt, all anger, all fear,
With nothing assumed but perfectly clear.

them but didn't, we are then left with the regret that will live with us for the rest of our lives. The tomorrow, the next
time, we assumed would be there, when suddenly stripped away, can never be brought back. Say what's in your
heart because the opportunity may never be available again. ♥
