stated clearly, everyone knows where they stand, leaving NO room for any misunderstandings or wrongful assumptions as a result. Therefore and also,
if my work is used in defiance of these clearly stated guidelines, whomever is doing the using and/or is claiming to be in possession of authority in
regards to the usage of my creativity, is knowingly, consciously, and deliberately with malice, guilty of art theft and copyright infringement.

brought forth by Artsieladie, aka Sharon Donnelly, is therefore owned by and copyrighted to the same, its creator, unless otherwise stated by yours
truly, Artsieladie, aka Sharon Donnelly. It may NOT be used, copied, modified/altered, reproduced, or anything else in any way, shape, or form for any
reason whatsoever without the expressed, written permission of its owner/creator PER ITEM, including the graphics made by Artsieladie, uploaded to
any site, INCLUDING the over 10,000 uploaded to www.elftown.com. NO EXCEPTIONS including Elftown members, unless a written waiver, stating the
conditions and terms of its usage set forth by and at the sole discretion of the creator/owner is in effect. Any non-compliance by the user permitted to

NOTE OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE: As of 2011-08-25, any agreement understood or otherwise in regards to ANY of MY work on www.elftown.com which is being kept from me by Henrik Hedda Wallin, is "NULL AND VOID". This INCLUDES my art, ideas/concepts, writing, poetry, etc. and is to remain in effect until the owner of the site, Henrik Hedda Wallin, in a civilised and mature fashion is willing to negotiate an amicable, mutually beneficial agreement which would be then to work for the both of us. No imposters or reps in his stead will be acceptable. As long as my privacy continues to be invaded while my banned status stays in place, defiling my name and my creativity, so does then THIS ANNOUNCEMENT!
Hence, in regards to ANY and ALL of MY creativity on www.elftown.com NO ONE is allowed to use it, alter or modify it, or anything else without my expressed written permission per item on the site itself or off. This INCLUDES Elftown members as well, as long as my status remains as is, and which constitutes the unauthorised withholding of my work from yours truly, the creator and copyright holder. Withholding my work and the disallowing me access to my work, while allowing others to use and to assume authority against my, the copyright owner's wishes, IS theft and falls under copyright infringement.
Should the owner of the site, Henrik Hedda Wallin, decide to be mature and civil and be willing to discuss the situation to work out an amicable agreement, negotiating for both of our interests in mind, this situation could greatly improve, and quite possibly dissolve and be just an unpleasant memory of the past. I have proposed such to him and to others involved previously, but to no avail. One can lead a horse to water, but one cannot make it drink.
In the meanwhile, however, I will continue to pursue my grievances against the injustice and wrongful actions that have been levied onto me, including and especially surrounding my privacy invasion which culminated into the assassination of my character both directly via the offender and indirectly through the support of several other people.
At this time I have collected and documented an overwhelming amount of data and evidence which points directly at the owner of Elftown in regards to the invasion of my privacy, involving both my phone and my computer, along with much data and evidence revealing my ostracising by several others, initially stemming from my attempts to seek help with and in regards to the invasion of my privacy. Therefore, it is he who stands to gain by being willing to talk to me civilly and with sincerity and honesty, as well as for the sake of those pulled into this, because I would much, much rather put this whole mess behind all of us involved, than to have to keep doing detective work.
But if a person whom is the offender elects to stubbornly refuse to work things out and the victim is kept in the position of having to defend their name and integrity, and is denied what rightfully belongs to the victim, the offender then should expect severe repercussions sooner or later to descend upon them. Unfortunately, however, the offender ultimately and selfishly drags everyone pulled into the mess down with them, when the whole mess could have been avoided by some truth telling and accountability on his part and for which the liability of the situation rests upon him. Choosing to stay silent, while expecting others to deal with a situation, all the while knowing these others did not and do not have all the facts, tools, to work with, is inconsiderate and very selfish at best.
To wrongfully place all the blame onto a person when one knows how guilty they are themselves, and then inciting others to grossly add to this wrongful blaming, is about as low as one can stoop. A person who stoops to such a level has no respect for anyone, but worse, has no respect for themselves either. I have to ask: "How can a person 'live' with themselves? How can such a person sleep at night? Doesn't their conscience bother them? ..Or do they even have one?" I would hope so, for a person without a conscience is defined as being a psychopath.
If this issue is not resolved and soon, expect to see an added tab in my horizontal navigation bar labeled "Elftown" for the purpose of show-
ing the truth about the site's owner and just how and by what type of people the site is owned and operated by. ..And I will then also show all
I have done for and contributed to the sites owned by Henrik Hedda Wallin and it will show just how he shows "appreciation".

Generally, I am pretty easy going about allowing someone to use or borrow from my creative endeavors, as long as my creativity is not stolen, affiliated with something I object to, and as for commercial usage, then I do expect to be paid (because if ANYONE deserves to make money from MY work, it is "I"), but...

Someone just "assumes" they can do with MY creativity as THEY wish without even asking me.
Someone just takes my creativity and modifies it and then claims it as their own.
Someone just steals it period and claims it as their own.
Someone uses it WITHOUT giving me the credit and/or removes my name as being the creator.
Someone correlates or associates my creativity with:
~ pornography,
~ any political agenda,
~ violence,
...and in any way that could offend another person's:
~ culture
~ customs
~ beliefs
~ sexual orientation
~ etc...
...and I may add more. |
